Bookings can be made up to 1 day in advance depending on my availability. Payment details will be taken upon confirmation of the booking. 
 
The client (you!) have up to 48 hours prior to a session to cancel. If cancellation falls within this 48 hours you will be charged for the full rate of the session. 

If for any reason I have to cancel a session you will not be charged and I will do my best to give you reasonable notice.

The 30 Minute Kick-Start session is only offered once per client. 

I am willing to take a ten minute phone call free of charge but anything over ten minutes will be charged at the full hourly rate. 

I am the only person who will have any details about you. I don't share it with anyone and I keep it on my password protected computer so you know that no one can go nosing about. 

Anything discussed in our sessions is kept completely confidential. I won't discuss it with anyone else and if you want to see any notes I take during sessions you are welcome to. 

The only time confidentiality would be broken is if I believe you could be or are causing harm to yourself or others or having harm done to you. It's my obligation as a professional to ensure you are safe.
